DESTEMMER - CRUSHER SOFT VERSION CRUSHER

The upper part of the machine consists of a loading hopper ( by perforated cradle* ) which receives the bunches, dripping immediately the existing juice, and conveys them towards the grape-removing destemming section.
This section is composed of a perforated cylinder (with drawn holes) inside which a beating shaft rotates at a very low peripheral speed.
On the beating shaft a serial of arms are mounted. They have on the extremity a rubber element which treats softly the bunches and removes delicately the grapes from the stems. The perforated cylinder rotates in the same direction as the beater but at a lower speed, reducing in that way the relative speed of the beater itself.
When the machine is operating as destemmer /crusher the grapes pass through the holes in the cylinder and are conveyed to the crushing section below, made of star - shaped food rubber rollers, rotating booth at the same speed.
The crushed grapes are finally collected in the lower hopper and than feeded to the suitable pump.
The position of the crushing rollers can be easely changed allowing different types of crushing.
On demand, an automatic washing system can be fitted on the machine.

HERE ARE THE FIVE OPOERATIONS THE MACHINE CAN CARRY OUT:

DESTEMMING - CRUSHING:
The bunches of grapes are destemmed and then only the grapes are crushed and conveyed into the pump.
CRUSHING:
The bunches of grapes pass through the crushing rollers and then they are conveyed into the pump.*
PICKING GRAPES:
The brunches of grapes are destemmed and the grape, that is still entire, passes into the pump.*
PUMPING OF ENTIRE GRAPES:
The brunches of grapes are conveyed directly into the pump.*
INTEGRATE SYSTEM:
Thank to the side ports, a part of grapes can be destemmed and crushed and another part can be conveyed towards the crushing rollers.*

DE SILLA’S DISPLACEMENT PUMP PDL TYPE

De Silla’s displacement pump PDL type is widely used in the transport of small to big quantities of both entire and stripped grapes or fruit generally.
The pump is entirely made in stainless steel and the two rolls of a special mix of “vulkollan” rubber for aliments with an internal support.
Pumping results from the reciprocally inverse rotation of these two rolls which push the product toward the outlet, without crushing or damaging it.
The pump can be coupled to a destemmer-crusher or directly to a screw conveyor.

DE SILLA’S DISPLACEMENT OLIVE PUMP

This pump displacement type is used in the transport of entire and crushing grapes.
It comprises a body and a rotary “olive” made of stainless steel.
The pump can be coupled to a destemmer-crusher or directly to a screw conveyor.
